Parking

Important Daily Parking Information:

Cost of parking is at a discounted daily rate of $15.00 per day for the conference. ASET does not cover parking costs for those attending the conference. You will be provided with a discounted parking pass to pay at exit. There is no overnight parking unless you are staying at the hotel. There are no in/out privileges for daily parking. Your car must be out of the parking garage by midnight of the same day. If you do not have a discounted parking pass, you will be charged the daily rate of $40.

When you arrive at the parking lot, you will need to take a ticket so the gate will open. That is not the ticket you will use to exit. Upon exiting, it is recommended to depart from the 3rd floor of the parking lot because there will be attendants there to accept the provided $15 discount pass, payment and provide receipts.  

Discounted parking passes will be provided for those requiring day parking on Thursday evening (for those not staying at the Sheraton hotel) as well as for Friday day parking. Discounted parking passes can be picked up at the registration table on Thursday evening for Thursday pass and Friday afternoon after 2:30pm for Friday's pass.

Hotel Stay Parking:

If you are staying overnight at the Sheraton hotel, parking will be charged to your room at $15 per day and you will not require a pass to exit. Please make sure to provide your license plate number at check in as this is the hotel record of your vehicle and your in/out privileges.
